This class had very standard assignments. Two Individual and one group. Plus homework pieces. I found that this class had some relevant topics to cover and was interesting to a degree, but it was taught in a way that made it somewhat confusing. I found it hard to keep up with this class and I still do not really understand the fishbone diagrams.
I was lucky to have some friends to work through the assignments with and to explain the concepts again to me otherwise I think I would have only achieved a PASS. The classes were at a late time of day for this course as well, as it was catering for the part-time students. I found this hard to deal with as it meant I was getting home very late at night, too tired to go over the course work that we had done that day.
I received a CREDIT for this course.
