For this course I was involved in 2 group assignments and 1 individual assignment. One of the group assignments involved creating a wiki for the group to use for collaboration, the other was to follow a blog relating to knowledge management and report on it.
This was a very interesting course, not only did we have more of a chance to investigate something that interested us as individuals but we also got to create and monitor a wiki. I worked together with Shannon Bell to monitor a wiki that was written by one of Shannon's colleagues that was interested in web 2.0 and many other new technologies that are coming into play concerning libraries.
This was a great way for me to expand on my knowledge of collaborative technologies and of the goings on of the library industry.
For this class I received a CREDIT.
